Flopping at the box office doesn't always mean a movie is bad. In fact, plenty of good films have been box office bombs, and sometimes it's not even clear if a movie is a flop at all. Take, for example, films like Waterworld or Oliver Stone's Alexander: both are notorious flops, but they made more money than you'd think, and both have their passionate fans.
Both movies are also on Wikipedia's list of “Biggest box-office bombs” and while the logic for conclusion on the Wiki is mostly just how much money each film is projected to have lost the studios responsible, that just seems to be missing some subjective measure of quality.
That's why this list exists: to let you, the audience, speak with your votes. You sure as heck didn't vote on these with your wallets when they were in theaters, but now is the time to correct the record, clarifying that while Jupiter Ascending may have lost a ton of money, it's still a fun movie.
