Some parts of the United States are beautiful all year, right? 

Every state has its pros and cons, but there are definitely some US states that are more enjoyable to be in during certain seasons compared to others. Spending time in the wilds of Alaska during winter seems like something most people wouldn't want to do, while the balmy weather in Florida is a hard pass for others.

For a large portion of the population, summer is vacation season, and you don't want to book plane tickets and hotels only to end up in a horrible place to spend the hottest months on the calendar.
